"We love the friendly and helpful staff. But the sofa bed was not comfortable for our son. They did try to make an effort though but it could use a better mattress?"

"hotel is getting dated, and there are 2 different hotels in one, which are treated differently, and though the food was ok, the service and service costs were quite different. The first hotel room smelled badly, the second was not really heatable, they charged a mandatory extra charge for animation ..."

"It is a must. Thank you for all the staff we had a great time in the beautiful Val Senales. Nothing to complain the food is amazing the spa is cool, the service is high standard. And the owners really respectful to their guests. I recomand a day to refugio Bella vista too."

"all our 14 friends enjoyed there stay budget priced quality hotel food was good and being so high up in the mountains the skiing was great and ski to door no problem, only grumble by group the swimming pool was very cold more like a plunge pool"

"Die Lage dieses Hotels ist wirklich einzigartig. Es ist ein 3 Sterne-Hotel und erfüllt alle Erwartungen. Die Lage verursacht jedoch bei vielen Gästen körperliche Probleme wie Kopfschmerzen und Übelkeit. Deshalb würden wir empfehlen ein oder zwei Nächte in Kurzras bei der Talstation zu verbringen. ..."

"Camere un po’ datate, colazione e cena a buffet varia e abbondante.
Utilizzo della piscina praticamente impossibile causa restrizioni COVID. Buona la SPA e Wellness.
Ideale per chi vuole fare sentieri di montagna e riposare. Poco da vedere in loco, necessario usare l’auto per visitare i dintorni."
