「We were put into a handicap room. The blinds had no chain to operate them. It was a connecting room and only had a deadbolt, no safety lock. The elevator needs work. There was wet soap in the shower. And people were very loud. Not sure if they were employees or people staying in the hotel. And the room above us was really loud! Needs more sound proofing. Heat/AC was very loud as was the refrigerator. We did not get much sleep.」

「The showers had lukewarm water. It was not hot and the breakfast was terrible eggs were cold trays of potatoes and sausage were empty and not refilled in a timely fashion.
