Everything was excellent — the rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The food and drinks were delicious, and the service throughout the entire hotel was outstanding. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Every request we had was taken care of almost immediately, which really made us feel well looked after throughout our stay. A very special thank you to Erika, who took care of us during our stay. She was incredibly attentive, kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. She always made sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her warm personality and exceptional level of service made our experience even more memorable. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again.
