The house features 2 bathrooms equipped with a shower and bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Whether you're looking to stay active in the fitness room or simply unwind with WiFi and AC, this house has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We look forward to hosting you at our place. We're only 5 mn to Downtown Buffalo, 15 to Niagara Falls US and 25 to Niagara Falls Canada. The L's Luxury is known for his unique style with simple, but delightful decorations. This L's 4, is even fenced so you can even enjoy the back yard with the small grill for you the make use for you full entertainment with family and friends. Come try us, you never regret it!

Dissatisfied customer

No hot water, property was not clean, unhealthy environment. Master bedroom bed was so old and broken down that it had a big pit in it. The gym was old treadmill and weight bench in the unfinished attic. Broken window sashes, indicating break-ins and looting. Ants in living room sofa. Stayed one night out of the 4 reserved days.

This property has so many issues that I could write 2 to 3 paragraphs detailing what is/went wrong. Suffice it to say that this property deserves 1 star rating and should not even be on Vrbo.

Adequate

Property was not as advertised. The house was a little dated but it did have fresh paint and new floors and also new appliances. The porch steps were a little rickety and both doors had at least an inch of space under them.

What was unique about this property was how grossly misrepresented it was, property was extremely in a deplorable shape house when we arrived. In addition, the property was in an absolutely terrible live in condition. Very disrespectful and defensive host. Not a pleasant host. Very poor customer service/communicstion with both Vrbo and host.! There is nothing luxury about this property beside it being a potential crime scene! PLEASE DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY! You do so at your own risk!
