Das Zimmer lag sehr ruhig zum Innenhof, war aber dadurch sehr dunkel. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet und das Bett ist bequem. Leider bekam ich ein Zimmer im 2. Stock, obwohl ich um ein höheres Stockwerk gebeten hatte. Das Hotel hat keine Adapter für die installierten Steckdosen, die australische Norm haben.,

‘Fading grandeur’ is taken too far by this hotel, with its chipped crockery, damaged lavatory seat and dingy breakfast room. But it is very central for exploring BA and the staff are very helpful.

Super ;location and staff.

Our favorite BA hotel. Great location and super friendly and helpful desk. Breakfast can be given a miss,however. Elevators function but are probably ready for an upgrade.

The location is excellent. It is near a prominent landmark with easy transport links. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. My room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was so convenient that I am returning after a few days away.

O café da manhã achei muito fraco c/ poucas Opções, no banheiro escorria água do box do chuveiro p/ o piso o mesmo ocorrendo no lavatório. De madrugada não tinha água quente e a aparência dos apartamentos e corredores estão ficando feios e gastos falta manutenção. Não pretendo voltar a me hospedar no hotel. Obrigado!

First time here, amazing experience!! Perfect location, across from the obelisc, the two main downtown arteries, theatres, restaurants, subway at your doorsteps, money exchange, shopping, etc. The property is very well kept, bathrooms look like new, beds are very comfortable, the staff goes above and beyond to help you in any way. This will be our hotel of choice when in Buenos Aires.

Atendeu nossas expectativas. Bem localizado, pessoal atencioso, quartos confortáveis (camas e ducha). Não utilizamos serviço de café da manhã por nossa opção. Utilizamos a academia. Não dispõe de quarto quádruplo, que era nossa necessidade, ficamos em 2 duplos, mas não foi problema.

Já foi bem melhor

Já fiquei em outras estadias neste hotel . Era a minha primeira opção de escolha. E sempre o recomendava a conhecidos, mas não o farei mais. Estive de 04 a 11/05. No apartamento que fiquei, o frigobar não funcionava. Falei na recepção com um rapaz chamado Facundo. Muito atencioso e solícito, ele prontamente ofereceu a troca do quarto, que aceitei. ( Eu ia passar uma semana e não iria ficar sem o frigobar). O banheiro do novo apartamento (608) tinha o chuveiro dentro de uma banheira, sem tapete antiderrapante. Resultado: caí ao entrar para o banho. Relatei o ocorrido, mas o registro só foi efetuado novamente pelo mesmo atendente Facundo. A primeira atendente limitou-se a um "sinto muito". No dia de minha saída, solicitei um late checkout, para as 18:00. Depois de ter ficado por uma semana, de todas as estadias anteriores e mesmo depois de todos os contratempos, ainda me foi dito que eu poderia ficar mediante o pagamento de 40 dólares. Paguei, até pq estava ainda dolorida da queda ( ah! E o colchão não era mais firme, tbm)e gostaria de ter um apartamento caso eu precisasse.. Penso que,diante das circunstâncias, eu não deveria ter sido cobrada. Bem, tirando a localização e o ótimo atendimento de Facundo, pretendo, infelizmente não retornar a este em minhas próximas viagens a Buenos Aires. E nem indicá-lo a quem me pede sugestões.

The room was so small for two persons after opening our suit cases there’s almost no space to pass through beds!!! And the ventilation system didn’t work well so easily the room got humid. Breakfast was simple. But the location is absolutely great advantage.
