Great Place to Stay in Buenos Aires. Nice central Palermo area with many restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment was cleaned, spacious and friendly staff.

Good facilities, difficult communication.

The facilities and structure here are not bad. The best thing about this hotel is that the facilities are spacious and good for the price. However, there is a big drawback. Communication with the owner. There is no check-in desk here, WhatsApp is the only way to communicate. However, they are very slow to respond to requests. They asked the guests to check the facilities in the room t ourselves several times. And the location is inconvenient in terms of convenience. It is far from tourist locations, and most of the surrounding facilities are in residential areas, so there are limited facilities that can be accessed on foot.

La ubicación es perfecta para moverse en la ciudad. Tiene lo estrictamente necesario y es cómodo. El sillón no era nada cómodo para dos, solo para uno y no estaba muy limpio el tapizado. El resto muy bien y muy cómodo. Técnicamente no es Palermo pero está cerca

Mal. Me dejaron plantada afuera del alojamiento y nadie me atendió el teléfono. Tuve q irme a un hotel a las 19 hs. Llame más de 20 veces y nadie contestó siquiera el teléfono. Quiero q me compensen al menos con una noche bonificada, ya que pagué y no pude entrar al alojamiento.

Deben actualizar teléfono y el nombre del edificio

La habitación muy cómoda, limpia y agradable. Por higiene a mejorar poner protectores impermeables en almohadas y el colchón, ya que la almohada debajo de la funda tenía algunas manchas. El edificio está ubicado en un sitio seguro y cercano a restaurantes aunque no es Palermo Hollywood, hay que caminar unos 30 minutos para llegar allí. El edificio se llama ATRIUM, no La Vie Palermo Hollywood y ello se presta para dificultades en ubicar por primera vez el hospedaje. El teléfono de contacto registrado en Hotels.com está errado lo que dificulta la comunicación previa con el sitio de hospedaje.
