"Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Maintenance teams were always pro active to keep on top of any defects which I liked. 3 pools. Only a 5 min walk up the hill from the main Los Cristinaos nightlife so it’s not that big a deal like some people have complained about. Would I go back ? Absolutely "

"Staff in club lounge were amazing. We did go for breakfast in general restaurant and it was a bit hectic so we kept to the club lounge for our remaining stay. Our housekeeper Nancy (749) had our room spotless and was friendly, in fact all the staff in the hotel are friendly and this makes for an inviting and relaxing stay. We have stayed 5 times now and will return with preferred club. 3 out of 5 have been club so we obviously enjoy the extras that club offers, in particular the terrace and of course club lounge for breakfast. Oh also the live music at breakfast really does make you know you’re at a premium hotel. Feliz Navidad 🎄 Robert and Anne x"
