"Logement confortable ( sauf la douche pas très pratique) et bien équipé, avec un jardin et un espace barbecue à partager avec 3 autres logements (mais nous étions seuls cette semaine là). Très bien situé tout près de Buenavista où on trouve tous les commerces, et à 1/4 d'heure de voiture du départ des randonnées du Parc de Teno.Communication facile avec le propriétaire, qui était là pour nous accueillir."

Cons: El anfitrión a las 8 de la mañana ve aparcado el coche de mi hijo que se quedó a pasar la noche conmigo y toca la puerta para pedir DNI de el cosa que no entiendo.... porque que yo sepa las visitas no están prohibidas y la casa tenía 4 camas y eramos solo dos.....les molesta que alguien se quede allí si no está registrado"

"Lovely hotel, good facilities. Without exception, all members of staff were outstanding. Pool areas are lovely and well maintained. Only let down was the room - we had a silver room on the 16th floor. Very loud with small children - we realise it’s not an adults only hotel, however separating couples and families with small children shouldn’t be that hard surely? Given the size of the hotel and amount of rooms. "

"This cannot be a 5 Star hotel. It should not be more than 3 stars. It is a very old hotel, staff was not helpful, we paid for breakfast during booking but they said its not included in spite of me showing them on the booking app. Location is not ideal, its very far from the airport and main lively area, unless you have a car its not convenient getting anywhere. Amenity timing is not good, bathroom and room also was not the best. The only good thing about this hotel was the view from the room-ocean view, that's it. We paid a lot for a 5 star experience but were disappointed. "

"I was in a room facing the hotel pools, so no view to speak of. Good central location age easy to enjoy the ocean across the street. Julio ( I hope i have the spelling correct was amazing in the dining room. Very welcoming and willing to speak English and help me out. Room cleaning was equally amazing and accommodating to my requests not to have the room done everyday. Overall i found the housekeeping to be very environmentally aware. Older ladies in the front desk could do with some customer service training. "

"Lovely hotel experience, very premium experience in a nice location. The breakfast was well worth it and the pool area had plenty of seating (though I'd still recommend going early to get seats). The spa was also very worth the price. My main concern is that the Preferred Club breakfast was not worth the extra cost. The breakfast in the main area was better than the a la carte option. Though the nice part of the preferred club was the separate cabanas and afternoon snacks/booze. I would stay here again, staff made everything possible to give us a good experience. Letting us stay extra hours because of our flight being later in day"
