"The property was fine. My only issue was that there was no parking on site. Valet was our only option and we weren’t made aware. Saying that you have valet parking available doesn’t mean that’s ALL you have available. Then for it to be $60/day??? None of that was expressed in my itinerary?? I would’ve stayed somewhere else. Walking 15 minutes for affordable parking is insane. Valet is crazy because you obviously have parking, but want extra from someone who’s paying for a room already. Just give assign spots at that point. It’s pure greed. I won’t be staying there again if I’m being honest. I know there are plenty others in Atlanta. I was here to visit my mom, and that whole parking stuff really put a strain on how we were able to move. I’m not too fond of that."

"I stay here most of the time when I visit Atlanta. It is in a very walkable area. The hotel is nice. The carpet could use a deep cleaning. As a matter of fact it would be even better if they renovated and just added hardwood floors. The location is convenient. Next to a Publix grocery store and plenty of food options. Also not far from the mall. Parking is pretty easy. The rooms are large and offers a refrigerator in the room. No microwave but there is one downstairs. "

The overall ambiance of the hotel exudes luxury and comfort, with attentive staff who genuinely care about their guests' experiences. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the valet service. While the service itself was efficient and courteous, I found it frustrating that the phone line was busy early in the morning when I needed to inquire about my vehicle. It would be helpful if the hotel included the valet service opening hours on the card provided, allowing guests to plan accordingly. In summary, my stay at the Whitley was fantastic, with a few minor adjustments needed for the valet service communication. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a luxurious experience in Buckhead!"
