「Only one person was helpful and friendly when we first arrived, but it was all downhill from there. Breakfast items run out quickly, and if you even ask about them, you get the rudest treatment. The soaps in the room were not filled upon arrival, and if you ask for refills or even fresh towels, you get the same attitude. The owners or managers need to hire better personnel who actually care about serving this hotel’s guests.」

「友人と仕事での利用。ツインベッドでオーダーしたのに、シングルベッド。フロントでクレームをしたら、「サードパーティーからの予約の場合ベッド数が保証されない」と言われました。その時にネットでホテルズドットコムのページを見たら、ツインの部屋がまだ売られていました。これは誰の問題なのでしょうか？」

「It met our expectations. It was clean, easy to park, convenient to King of Prussia area, Villanova, highway access, and the PGA event that was taking place. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good as expected. The one thing the hotel could improve would be that our shower had very low water pressure.」

「Not happy with my stay at this place. Shower was not properly clean. Only 2 bath towels in the room. Had to go to front desk to request towels. Body wash was completely empty, shampoo was broken. Had to go to front desk to ask for body wash and shampoo. Only received 2 small samples of each. Breakfast was not good. Room service only came to clean the day we was living. But the worst was that the room smell really bad, like wet dog or humidity. I will not stay at this property again.」

「This was without a doubt the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I recently stayed here over a holiday weekend, expecting the same great experience I had on a previous visit. Unfortunately, this stay was completely different, I was shocked and very disappointed Throughout my stay, my room was never cleaned. The sheets were never changed, and I had to go to the front desk just to get clean towels. When I asked why housekeeping hadn't serviced the room, I was told it was because of the holiday....

「Everything was great. The bed was so comfy with pillows and all. Breakfast was great. The room was clean and housekeeping took care of our room while there. Staff was very friendly. We will stay here again next time we come through this area.」
