「This apartment was a home away from home for us. We stayed in the apartment for a week last week and liked everything about it. The apartment was immaculately clean and comfortable. Mary and Lotfi were wonderfully welcoming hosts. Lotfi would respond to your questions promptly. The internet was stable and fast enough, and the TV has many channels, with some in English: e.g., BBC and CNN. We were able to catch some Wimbledon live actions after returning from a day's outing. Although the bedroom...

「Pros: Location! A 5-10 minute walk to the city center and the main tourist area. Great spot for the price!Cons: Comms - We needed to reach out twice to request checkin instructions. However, once received they were easy and straightforward (we never received checkout instructions)Toilet - The base leaked a little (clearly this was not new but it was still functional)Dishwasher - This leaked quite a bit so we decided best not to use it (not functional)Shower - The shower head was not attached to...

「The host didnt even give us our place to stay and changed the place last minute to a far location」

Die Küche hatte alles was man braucht.

「Absolutely no communication from the host. We had to cancel due to a medical emergency and needed to confirm that our booking was non refundable in order to have the loss covered by our travel insurance. After a full week no one has replied, so I can’t imagine what it would be like if we actually stayed in the apartment and there was a problem with access, amenities, etc. I can’t speak to the quality of the apartment or cleanliness, but would advise avoiding booking with this host.」
