"This hotel is very chic and art deco with a beautifully heated pool, laundry, parking, with a surprisingly amazing southeast Asian restaurant and bar. The food was top notch. I was pleasantly surprised and if I’m in Hobart again, I will absolutely stay again."

"Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Its a perfect hotel for business travellers, not so great for travellers with hire cars, unless you want to pay $42 for overnight valet parking. I mean this is Hobart folks, not a major mainland city. When asked about recommended alternative parking, the hotel could only spruke its valet parking. Breakfast in the hotel is great for business travellers. The rooms are very small, adequate for overnight requirements. Bathrooms are large as they are built with the disabled in mind, I personally however, am not a fan of plastic shower screens."

"We booked a hotel room for our 5 night stay which was fine as we were only there to sleep. Will visit the bar next trip - we didn’t get there! Fresh new modern bathrooms in a character old historical building, love the original floors! Fabulous concierge & excellent room service."
