Sometimes these rentals state pet free/smoke free but then are clearly Not!! But as I said No signs of either here! All the essentials was there. Very nice clean rental. Highly recommend!! "Well, the house is nice inside, plenty of space. Clean. But there are some things that were a little....well, there's a "shed" chicken coop looking building in the back that's full of garbage. There are pictures of it in the pics and it's not how it looks in the pocs- its just a place where trash was thrown and there's trash stacked on top of the sinks etc so you can't use any of that area. There is no gas grill, just a rusty charcoal one among the junk at the building. It says private walk to...

"Beach location with spacious porches and a balcony with seating outside every bedroom and the sofa bed loft. Super-clean. Any type of cooking or beach item you might need. Really attractive and comfortable."
