「Clean, welcoming and everything you need 」

「Very comfortable stay. The hotel’s location in the stadium mall is perfect for shopping, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I noticed a slight cigarette smell in my bathroom, but it appears to have been coming from an adjacent room rather than being a hotel issue. Overall, an excellent experience and I’d definitely stay again.」

「Amazing friendly staff, So helpful and attentive ! They catered to our every need. Hotel also provides transport to the nearby shopping malls. Especially Peter Ndlovu! He was amazing ! Even when we were hungry, He cooked up some sandwiches for us.」

「Decent rooms with a decent price 」

「The room was not clean. After telling the front desk thr came to the toilet. But after being in the room saw how the sheets were not clean bins not emptyed dust everywhere. Restaurant service was terrible. The food i ordered was raw. Even after waiting 1 hour for the food. Overall very disappointing. I have stayed at the town lodge many times but this time was terrible 」

「Very quiet and friendly staff.」

「Well-located, but definitely a 3-start. Staff unwilling to make accommodations - electrician came late at night and instead of putting us in another room, we had to wait around while he was working in the room. So not really client-focused. Shower in room was walled off with rhino wall, missing a door completely. No basin in area of shower, had to use basin under the staircase where the toilet is. Spacious though. Cant use the TV as it is blocked by the refrigerator.」

「It is an excellent Guesthouse, home away from home feeling. Very friendly and helpfull staff with everything you need and they are very helpful. The breakfast is value for money and definitely 👌!! Will always book in at Pebble Fountain when we need accommodation in Pretoria. 」

「This was the worst place I have ever stayed at, nowhere near what is advertised. Under new ownership who says she is being scammed and does not paid by Expedia, Does not receive bookings, has no airport transfers, no towels or soap, no breakfast, the place is very old, only one broken lamp in the bathroom, other lights do not work. Expedia please investigate this place.」
