"ok - pool area was very tired and grubby - the breakfast room was packed with a conference so too noisy to eat there - we booked the hotel as they had spa facilities and sauna and steam room - we went there at 9am the sauna was cold, the steam rom had no steam and the spa was out of use until 10am ..."
