"Does not look like the photos on the site. Smelled like smoke in the lobby. Not in a great area. Would not recommend."

"The staff in the late evening was excellent- the only complaint we had with the hotel was that there were no luggage racks for us to carry our many belongings into our room for the night ( after a very long day for us) at 10pm. The desk clerk was beside herself because they have 3 carts but evidently the last 3 customers who used them kept them in their rooms for use the next morning! They need a tracking system for them!! The breakfast was your basic fare- nothing special but every thing was clean and fresh! The was also clean and the beds were comfortable! We would stay here again!"

"We had to leave about three days into our stay due to a cockroach, when notifying the desk they allowed us to look at another room. That room also had dead flies on the ac unit. I understand bugs are common in Florida, but hotels should remain bug free. The staff was very nice and accommodating to our issues."

"This hotel is HORRIBLE and should be SHUT-DOWN!!! the smell in the rooms was nauseating, the clerk didn't speak English. Couldn't get towels. the service just was terrible. I will never go there again, also I'm going to tell everyone i know about this place so they would not try to stay there. I give it a big -0."

"Great experience. My husband and I stayed for a week, and had no issues. Room was really clean and beds/pillows comfortable. A great finding for the price that we paid. I would definitely book my stay at this hotel again if I am ever back to Orlando greater area."

"Place seems deserted only 3 people were renting a room guy at check in was so rude I wanted to turn around and leave but already pre paid and sign said no refunds. If you have a choice don't go there your better off some where else."
