Nice staff. Hotel was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only con was the breakfasts was very basic. Muffins and coffee. However, Beautiful, small town feel with great restaurants and coffee shops on same block. Will definitely come again.

The staff were wonderful and polite. Continental breakfast is just what i need to get started in the morning. There is always coffee available. The hot water seemed to be a small problem (second floor) but it was warm enough to get a quick shower. The room was very clean and the bed was wonderful. So comfortable. Elevator is right inside the front door-nice when you have too much to carry.

For a continental breakfast, it was the best continental breakfast I’ve ever seen in a hotel plus the historical history behind the hotel was amazing. The room was very quaint and cozy, and the back patio was very large and spacious and quiet.

Amazing

The stay was relaxing and clean room and front desk staff was nice. The whole stay is amazing and close to everything you need if its coffee, breakfast, lunch or have some drinks or do so shopping, it is all there in downtown St. Cloud, can’t wait to go back.

Very friendly attentive staff from the beginning. I was confused where to enter the hotel, the women who answered the phone was so kind enough to walk out on to the side walk to find me for check in. She didn’t have to leave the desk, but she did, It’s the little things that make a difference and that little act of kindness helped catapult an amazing weekend and lovely hotel stay that I needed. Our room was very clean. The staff was very pleasant. We enjoyed the ambiance of the 100 year old building. The only complaint I have is: bathroom had a med cabinet but no where to put your toiletries etc. We will stay here again for sure.

The room was a great selection based on location. the hotel staff were outstanding. I work great for my one night visit to St. Cloud. The air conditioning unit could improve since it appears to not be able to keep the room at the set temperature.
