We are so happy to have found Duck Lodge outside Brighton proper. Located in a safe rural picturesque village, it is an easy train ride into Brighton and you won’t have to hassle with parking and crowds. We had an excellent stay at The Grand Brighton and found the room, restaurant, bar, and staff services to be exceptional. The location was fabulous offering convenient access to surrounding areas and a gorgeous view of the ocean. On the last night of our stay, the battery on our keypad failed (along with a few other rooms), and we were not able to get into our room for several hours. Basic but plenty nice. A block from the coastline bus. Two blocks from the Brighton Pier. Pleasant breakfast. Easy check-in and nice staff. An Expedia sweet spot.

Back room. Spacious city view was the back of the terraced houses, big contrast to the front of the hotel. Friendly staff, nice food. Arrange your front parking brfore u arrive as it first come first serve.

Really nice views of the marina from the front rooms. Nice breakfast selection in a relaxed atmosphere. The bathroom doors have been changed recently and are much better than before with the sliding doors. Overall highly recommended for a relaxing stay if you want to be by the marina. The Undercliff walk is a really scenic good walk not too far from the hotel through Asda’s car park also

I've been going to Brighton for over 30 years and stayed at many places (the Grand, Metropole (now the Doubletree), Old Ship, many a B & B, the old Thistle, etc.; but I think that this humble little Holiday Inn Seafront is my favorite. Very reasonable price for a seaview room, and you can also get breakfast and dinner included and the food is great. Very quiet and secluded BNB to relax and unwind. The hosts Rich and Paul were very accommodating and made sure all of our needs were met.

This was an amazing property! Very clean. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very quiet country setting. Definitely a great place for a destination wedding or special event. The art gallery and shop had some really great finds. If we had more time, we would have loved to stay longer:)

Lovely staff - so thoughtful and accommodating! I arrived early, coming immediately from a very long & tiring international flight. I was able to check in prior to the normal check in time and have a nice rest that afternoon. I was so grateful for that kind accommodation. I have some food, allergies and they were able to work within those restrictions, and provide delicious fresh flavorful meals. We rented a car while staying there. Were shocked we couldnt park have free parking. We consulted with Kevin at concierge. He accomodated us and was very helpful

I had an amazing stay and was upgraded for free. I also enjoyed the welcome back to the hotel surprise. This is very organized and beautiful hotel. I always enjoy my stay. The customer service is excellent.
