「Perfect location and explicit service with quite friendly staff. The room was always kept clean and almost twicw larger than average hotels in Lodon in a same price range. I would visit here again.」
「If you don’t take the wrong exit at Aldgate East, it’s a 5-minute walk, so it’s convenient. However, the area didn’t feel very safe. I trusted the Hyatt brand when making the reservation, but the hotel was smaller than I expected. The room was clean, but I could hear noise from the hallway. At check-in, they gave me a room on the top floor, which was a nice touch of consideration.」
「Far exceeded my expectations. Amazing room and easy entry. Wish I'd had time to relax on the roof terrace. Great little touches - tooth brushes and paste in case someone had forgotten, bottled water, fan running when I entered. Plenty of comfortable furniture. But the boutique decor was out of this world! I just hope that there will be a vacancy when I am next in the area.」

「Would stay here again next time I’m in London. Close to buses and trains and easy to navigate the city. Also the laundry service is great, the place is super modern and the staff is fab! 」
"We stayed here for our wedding photo shoot. The receptionist was very kind, and the room was clean and comfortable. Since it was a special occasion, perhaps they even upgraded our room? We had a partial view of Tower Bridge from the room, which made our stay even more special.
Although London Bridge Station is a bit of a walk, it’s manageable, especially if you're sightseeing along the way. If you have heavy luggage or a large suitcase, it might be a bit of a challenge, but overall we had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel.
