"I purchase the premium bedroom with a queen size bed, instead I have a full size bed on a queen sized frame. Also, the Internet speed get overwhelmed in the afternoon (even Netflix keeps loading every 5 minutes) dirty floors, have to wear flip flops all the time. And lastly when they got in to clean, they just only did the bed but they left all garbage cans full, and they didn't clean the bathroom."

"We got in about 5pm and checked into the room. The staff acknowledged we were there. We got a doggy room for sure. The bathroom was for handicapped but I don't think I asked for one. The shower looked like it belonged in a 50s motel room with the tiles scraped in blue. My husband showered and told me he almost fell because the tiles were so slippery. The bathroom was a good size and in the middle there was probably an 8 to 10 inch drain that had water in it within 4 to 5 inches of the floor. The mattresses were thin and so was the well worn carpet. Breakfast was no more than minimal and the muffins? I chose raisin bran cereal and it was saved only by the small chocolate chips. The price was 300 plus for a regular Monday plus a dog fee of $75 plus for my 28 lb dog. I take her blanket for her to sleep on. She was certainly not problem. She never barks in hotels. Beware. "

"Clean room but had poor lighting. Limited breakfast options and had items that were not fully cooked."

"Loved the drinks on the beach and Matt and Mike were excellent. Plus Kay at the bar. Also chair umbrellas and towel gentlemen were wonderful "

"Upon arriving early, we were told that our room was cleaned and ready. I asked for access to the room and was told that there would be a $25 charge to enter the room before 2:00pm. EVEN THOUGH THE ROOM WAS READY! It’s not about the money. It’s just a ridiculous policy. Way too busy with private events and conventions. From trying to get a seat at the pool, a plate at the breakfast buffet, or long waits to get in an elevator. I’m not sure if we’ll be returning. "

"Dirty beds, everything is old, carpet smells horrible, bathrooms and shower are disgusting, everything is falling apart. HORRIBLE PLACE. "

"The hotel is certainly a great place to stay for overnight or a few days. The staff is friendly and helpful."
