"Used this place for our first family trip in Canada. The moment we walked into the room, we had this amazing ocean view - felt so relaxing and luxurious. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby, so we never had to worry about food or shopping. It's in a really safe area too, so no noise issues at all - the whole family felt totally comfortable staying there. The staff was awesome and super helpful. Definitely want to come back to this hotel again!"

"空港で乗り換えのため、空港の近くで一泊しました。飛行機の時間が悪く、早く到着し、遅く出発となりましたが、ホテルは親切に、柔軟に対応してくれました。 レストランは空いていませんでしたが、中に軽食とコーヒーを売っているカフェがあるのと、歩いて15分くらいで、アウトレットがあり、そこにレストランや朝から開いているファーストフードもありました。"

"歴史のある建物でありつつ、設備は更新されているので、快適に滞在できました。立地も街の中心部にあり、多くの場所に徒歩で移動でき、とても便利です。コンシェルジュやベルのサービスも親切。ただし２日目にアメニティが全くリフィルされていないというトラブルがあり、クレームし対応していただきました。このクラスのホテルだと、そういったちょっとしたミス（？）は気になります。"
