"Will not stay here again, rooms are dirty, random hairs in bed from previous people in all three beds, hot tub is dirty, this place could definitely need a upgrade, the indoor swimming pool and sauna have been closed for years, hot tub is supper sandy from tiles falling out, disappointing stay, they charge way to much for the worth of the place. "

"Beautiful, clean, and excellent service. The only downside is the noise in the pool area, it so loud. The outdoor sauna was nice except could hear noise from pool in it and limited space in sauna. "

"We booked this hotel mainly for the pool and waterslide. When we went to swim , the pool was so busy and loud that we couldn’t even enjoy it. There were 32 people crammed into the small hot tub, and the pool was the loudest, most insane and craziest pool I’ve ever seen in my life. It was very disappointing. "

"My family loves this hotel though and through. It’s clear the property is run with precision and care - it is pristine and well maintained. The front desk staff are tremendous. Truly cannot wait to come back for a third stay! "

"We enjoyed a loft suite, so there were two bathrooms including a tub which is always nice, the room was clean and spacious. It would be nice if there was a spot to hang your coat on the main floor, and also it was pretty dark in the living room so a bit more lighting would’ve be appreciated. I know this is a common issue, but the toilet paper is like sandpaper and the Kleenex was worse. Staff was good and helpful, the only major disappointment was the hot tub was a little grungy, it had been closed for maintenance and cleaning and looked worse afterwards. This is a very nice property with scenic views, one downside is now with the spa it is quite busy, especially for parking. But overall a great choice to stay in Canmore.. "
