「The Sacajawea Inn is our favorite hotel in all of Montana. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are always super clean. Small attentions to details make every stay such a pleasure. 「I have 5 kids 4 of which are in travel sports, my husband travels for work, we both are also world travelers and I have never had anything stolen from my suitcase until now. The crazy thing is something told me in my head to take pictures of my suitcase’s belongings and I pushed it to the side, I’ve should have went with my gut! We were gone most of the day for a volleyball tournament, during that time my $200 Veja shoes were stolen from underneath my laundry bag. The housekeeper says she didn’t...

「The staff were mostly helpful and very nice, specially the receptionist in the afternoon and the last at the breakfast. The room is just fine but the room service was not even. Do not stay in room 210 because of the noise of washing machine or something in the middle of the night.」

「There was a large amount of visible black mold on the ceiling of the bathroom in our first room. There was a medium amount of black mold on the ceiling of the second room they put us in. There was no visible mold in the bathroom of the third room, but that is probably because they simply changed out the drop ceiling panels in the shower area. The third room still smelled as moldy as the first two.」

「Hot tub was out of order. Blood on the head board, disgusting fan, none of the surfaces were wiped down. The fridge was dirty. Shower had hair in it. The staff don’t say hello or acknowledge you when you walk in. 」

「Our room and the entire Inn was very inviting and comfortable. The owner and staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We would definitely return to the Carolina the next time our travel plans bring us to Helena!」

「Budget rate and property reflects that. Dated rooms but were clean and tidy. I would stay again if looking for a low priced room. Was safe area and in downtown convenient location. Only trouble was noise from loud fan of AC / heating unit and I’m a light sleeper. Couldn’t adjust fan to low speed when in heating mode. Ear plugs worked to allow sleep. 」
