"Our suite smelled HORRIBLE. It was obvious that dogs have stayed in this room (201) and the odor was very bad. This property is only 6 months old. I purchased a Glade Plug-in but it didn’t help. The blinds were broken and would not close. We had to stuff pillows at the window to keep light out in the early morning. Maintenance was requested but never arrived. Overall cleanliness was good, just a horrendous odor. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just so-so. As a diabetic I would like to see more...

"This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked. However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me. No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed. Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention. Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better."

"Will never stay here again. Booked the room 9 months prior to stay for a regular two queen room. Could not check in via the app, kept getting error messages. So we checked in at night after a long day on the road. Was given a handicap room which wasn't a big deal at first until I took a shower and the entire bathroom flooded. Drains were not working, floor tiles were popping up along with the grout. Complained to the front desk and were told there was nothing they could do other than clean up the water. We have two children that needed to take showers too and couldn't because the bathroom would flood. We ended up not staying the night since we couldn't use the bathroom and they couldn't give us a new room. Worst hotel stay ever!"

"We were very impressed with the location in reference to the bourbon tours. Also, they provided a very wonderful daily breakfast that was fantastic. I would like to give particular thanks to their front staff and especially Mary, who just went out of her way to make everybody feel very welcome and very special. She is excellent at what she does and it really made our stay much more memorable and enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back and staying at this location."

"Our check in didn’t go very smoothly. The front desk clerk charged 3 of our cards after telling my husband the all showed errors, he also did not check us in for our reservation so we were in the system as no show. When our room was ready our keys were not programmed. We did utilize the pool and pool bar until our room was ready. The pool and pool bar were fabulous. Our room was not impressive but it was a standard and it was clean and efficient for a one night stay. We ate dinner at the on site restaurant, the service and food were phenomenal, as was the atmosphere. We sat outside by one of the fire pits for a bit, the area was perfect for drinks and conversation. Our stay was pleasant for the most part just a slight mix up with check in they will hopefully correct. I would highly recommend for singles, couples and families!"

"Staff.\n Was very nice and I didn't eat breakfast so I don't know what it was about and the room was clean, but I did find little pieces of paper On The Floor but that was no biggie and what I didn't like Nothing there was Nothing. Oh, the bed was a little hard."
