「Communication was proactive and showed a genuine concern for our comfort during our stay. There was an error in double booking on the property’s end and they made extra accommodations for us and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The owner is a very kind person and reached out on a few occasions to ensure we had everything we needed. The cabin was beautiful, well maintained, and clean, and had great amenities for cooking. 「We are gluten free and dairy free and the front desk staffer was very helpful in getting us ingredient information about the breakfast cereal options offered so we could make healthy choices. The egg whites and sausage were good choices for us too. The room was clean but the carpet needed updating as there were several dark stains that made it feel like it wasn't. Our room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable!」

「This place is ok. We were assigned a room right next to the elevator so I went to the desk and asked to be moved away from the elevator. I was told that the only other King bed room was one floor up, also next to the elevator. Hmmm. Really? So I asked about two queens. She could not change me to a different type of room. Hmmm. Really? It turned out to be a non-issue because the elevator broke a couple of hours after we got there and stayed "out-of-order" for about a day and a half. We didn't eat...
