We stayed two nights. The room was plenty big enough, very clean and we loved the hot water. The facility was wonderful. We utilized the patio with the fire pits which were lovely. We ate at the restaurant and had a very good meal. We would stay there again .

We really enjoyed our stay at the Trail Hotel! After spending the day exploring the Bourbon Trail, the heated pool and hot tub were the perfect way to unwind and relax. One of our favorite parts of the stay was reserving the golf simulator on our last night. We enjoyed some bourbon while playing a round of golf, which was such a fun way to end our trip. Great amenities, a relaxing atmosphere, and the perfect place to unwind after a day on the Bourbon Trail. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything about The Trail is excellent. The food, outstanding, drinks, the bartenders were amazing and so polite, the room, wowza, highly recommended. A little pricey but for Bardstown best hotel hands down

Loved our stay at the The Trail. Unfortunately the speakeasy was not open and we did not use the rejuvenation room because we were not told it was complimentary till end of our stay. Rooms were very comfortable and the food was excellent. Great selection of spirits and cocktails. I would definitely return but would come on a weekend when more is open

I like how the lobby and the bar area was so inviting. We listened to good music Friday and Saturday night. I didn’t like how small the rooms were and that the doors were outside to your room. I did not like how expensive it was to stay there more than our stays in Nashville.

Great place to stay. Our room was small but very nice. It opened up to the pool which was perfect as hanging by the pool was our main objective. I think they would benefit from having poolside service instead of having to walk up to the bar every time you want to order food or drinks. I think the servers would make more money on tips and they would probably sell more. But be that as it may, its not a problem, just an observation. The hotel staff were very helpful. Restaurant food and service were very nice. The speakeasy was cool. Would definitely stay again.

The suite was awesome. It was your own bourbon lounge. The pool and hot tub was perfect. The bar and lounge was excellent. Food drinks where really good. Im glad we canceled our dinner plans and stayed here. The only thing I would recommend is stay two days instead of one.
