"I've walked/driven by this hotel numerous times but this was my first stay. It's convenient to everything (we were going to a night game at Fenway) and the rooms are very large and comfortable. Great a/c and the hallways were quiet all night long and they were completely full. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and great that it's literally right outside the back entrance. Price was very good for an expensive city like Boston. I would definitely recommend staying here."

"Great place to stay! Near many restaurants and less than 10 minute walk to Fenway Park. Front desk rep S. (Yes, his name is S) was extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions! Also, when we told him there was a slight gurgling sound from our sink, he had it looked at immediately and when it couldn't be fixed, quickly changed our room. And with the change, he gave us a complementary upgrade to a suite! We'll definitely stay again for our next Red Sox game!"

"This was a very nice hotel conveniently located near Boston Common and the Freedom Trail. Our room was not very large, but was very nice. The daytime front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, as were the doormen. We were also pleasantly surprised with 2 small bottles of very nice wine and complimentary snacks. We highly recommend staying here."

"Check-in was smooth. Champagne and Boston Cream Pie were delivered to our room the first night! All the staff were extremely helpful with our navigating Boston for the first time. Francesco in The Last Hurrah bar was a charm. I won't soon forget the Black Manhattan or our conversation."

"Beautiful hotel in a very central location, it was easy to walk everywhere. The staff were all super friendly and professional. We had an issue with our mattress and the front desk staff were very accommodating and we were able to switch rooms. They do have to address the issue with their mattresses though, as they are too soft and need to be replaced."
