Not Great.

This is not a 4* hotel. It's a 3*. Its in need of some maintenance and looks a bit dated. Food is ok but won't be winning any awards. To be fair, they provide plenty of it. Drinks are served in small cups, so you spend a lot of time queuing for them. Beer was ok but in my opinion, the vodka was watered down. Room was ok, but our aircon took most of the night to get the temperature down to a comfortable level. Staff were friendly and helpful. Given what I paid for a week here, I'm a little disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to my friends.

Good quality high value Hotel

Had a 2 night stop over at the Woxxie. The facilities there were very good, rooms nice and clean with a sea view. The food was was fine and constant. The staff were firiendly and helpful. We would be more than happy to stop here again.

Will never come back again

Vi var tre familjer som bodde här i en vecka. Man ska INTE förvänta sig att det här är en 4 stjärnig hotell utan i bästa fall 3 stjärnig.. Rummen skulle ha varit nyrenoverade men ändå mycket låg standard och ingen komfort.. Badrummen/duschutrymmen nästan äckliga. Slitna och smutsiga handdukar. House keeping fick man påminna om flera gånger att byta/hämta nya handdukar och städa ordentlig. Enda positiva med rummet var fina utsikten från balkongen. Inget från all-inklusive baren var drickbart förutom te och ölen som nästan funkade. Frukosten var ganska OK då kunde man beställa stekt ägg och pannkakor. Lunch/middag grönsakerna/salladen ganska OK men mycket dåliga varmrätter. Pool området ganska OK och "barnvänligt". Vi provade hotellets turkisk bad och spa som inte var någon höjdare heller. Vi bokade även en båtresa från säljarna som springer runt hotellet som var också inte alls vad de lovade att skulle vara. Finns en liten privat strand som hör till hotellet i ca 5 min gångavstånd som är ganska OK men sliten och liten. Det enda positiva man kan säga om hotellet var utsikten som var jätte fint och i överlag hårdarbetande och trevliga personalen som man tyckte nästan synd om. Vi var i kontakt med hotel managern några gånger pga alla problemen, han var mycket tillmötesgående och trevlig men tyvärr inte mycket kunde förbättras/ändras. Hotellets läge är också mycket off, en resa till Bodrum tar ca 1 timma. Vi kommer aldrig tillbaka hit igen och kan inte rekommendera hotellet.

FIASCO MANAGEMENT. Rude PEOPLE.

İlk girişte İçeri almadılar. Rezervasyon onayımızı cep telef Nundan göstermemize rağmen lobide 1 saat aç susuz bekletildik. Misafirimle bizi lobide insanların icinde rezil ettiler. Personelleri COK KABA neredeyse dayak yiyecektik. Tabi yemek bölümü hariç. Hakkını yemek istemem. Yemek servisinde ve bar hizmetlerinde çalışan personeller cok iyi kibar. Güvenlik Personeli Ahmet bey terbiyesiz, seviyesiz hakaret edici tavırlar. Odanın ici kumlarla dolu. 1 tane bile oda terliği bulundurmadılar. Yani o güzelim hotel’i işleyemiyorlar. (They didn’t let us to go inside of the hotel until we called Hotels.com, no professional management. Rude security personnel “Mr. Ahmet ...” insulted me and my friend in A public lobby. Generally rude personnel’s except Food service personnels. It was TOTALLY FIASCO. Floor In the room was full of dast and no sleepers. TOO RUDE night receptionist. Etc. please inform them with this.

Vasatın üzeri...

Otelin konumu gayet iyiydi. Kos manzarası harikaydı. Her gün aynı yemekleri yedik ancak yemek kalitesi genelde iyi idi. Odalarda temizlik vasat düzeyde. Minibarda sadece su var onu da istemek gerekti. 4 kişi konakladığı halde 2 kişilik havlu vardı. Odalarda internetin adı var kendi yok. Havuz temizliği kesinlikle yetersiz, cankurtaran bulunmuyordu. Havuzbaşında çok gürültülü müzik çalıyordu. Misafirlere havuzbaşında cam bardakta içecek içmek yasak denmesine rağmen aldırış eden yoktu. Animasyon yetersiz olmasına rağmen iyi niyetle çalıştığını söylemek gerekir. Sonuç olarak bu fiyata bu kadar olur çok da kötü değil. Teşekkürler woxxie ekibi.
