「Fantastisk plass❤️anbefales på det varmeste! Sjarmerende hus fra 1500tallet, nydelig utsikt i stille villastrøk. 20min spasertur til gamlebyen Bergsmo. Utrolig koselig vert som bor i huset. Nydelig frokost ble servert når vi ønsket det. Dette må være fineste plassen i Bergamo❤️」

「Well located and easy to get to from Bergamo airport. Near historic Citta Alta and near funicular transportation of Citta Alta. Rooms are clean and cozy, view from grounds is amazing and on a clear day you can see all the way to Milan buildings. Nice area with many restaurants and shops. Hotel staffed accommodated us when we arrive late in the night around 1am. Definitely recommend and would definitely return.」

「The front reception was empty most of the time. I had to wait on the street before check out. The staff behaved nicely though. Room was very poorly equipped and decorated. It didn't look like on the photos. I felt I was overcharged for this stay. On the last day the toilet broke but it was repaired within 7hours when I was visiting the city. The location was good, close to Citta Alta and the gallery. In overall I would not recommend this hotel.」

「Rooms were exceptionally clean. They were made up every day, exactly as each guest wished. Rooms were very quiet, views were exceptionally beautiful. Location, although seemingly isolated, was very easy to access, including taxis, bus, funicular, good walking paths.」

「I stayed at Petronilla for 3 nights whilst holidaying with a friend. Our stay at the hotel was truly wonderful! It was a quick and easy 20 min taxi ride from the airport. The hotel is small and stylish and nestled in amongst a thriving array of shops and restaurants. The rooms are lovely, the beds are comfy and the shower was probably the best I've ever used in a hotel. The staff were absolutely charming; so friendly and helpful.
