The property was lovely and clean, a brilliant location in the centre of cita alta, near the funicular and other attractions. Lots of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants right outside. Excellent instructions from the owner on how to get in, and available on whatsapp for any questions. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful place with a great view. Clean and cozy. Very kind and helpful host. Easy check-in even later in the evening. Perfect for us passing by, but this is a place we would want to visit again and stay longer.

Lovely Bergamo Città alta. This stay was in a spacious room with all we needed for a relaxed time. Not a regular hotel and no face-to-face interact with staff which was just fine and as-desired. Nothing but walkable as we had to park about 400meters away in a central parking garage. The staff recommended where to park and all went smoothly.

A really beautiful property in the centre of Citta Alta. The host sent very easy to follow and comprehensive instructions as to how to find and access the property and was on hand for answering any queries. The property was well equipped and super clean. The balcony has the most beautiful view and it's a perfect location for exploring the old town. It was our favourite property of the four we had stayed in during our Italian holiday and we would love to return to have more time in lovely Bergamo. Highly recommended!

The location was ideal to visit Bergamo for only one night, as we did. The guesthouse was tastefully decorated and the little balcony was so charming. We would have loved to have breakfast on it or drink a glass of wine in the evening, but we had an early flight and didn't have much time. We appreciated the little extras, like coffee and bottled water. The towels were huge and fluffy and the pillows were made of memory foam. The bed was a little bit hard, but I think that is a question of taste. We didn't try the fold out sofa, as we could have. Our communication with Elisa was great: we needed the video to understand where to go once we were inside the courtyard. She answered questions quickly and made it clear that she was always available for us. The only difficulty we had was getting a taxi, but this was not anything Elisa could influence: the contact she gave me didn't answer his phone and Radio Taxi Bergamo didn't accept advance orders. When we actually needed the taxi, all operators were busy, so we walked to the other end of the old town and took the bus. A goid solution for people with only carry-on luggage. 👍 I woild recommend this guesthouse to anyone who is visiting Bergamo. It was simply perfect.

These comfortable rooms are right next door to Plaza Vecchia. The check-in is easy. The rooms are comfortable for sleeping. There is no breakfast served.

Top location and service

We had one night here but we all wished we could have stayed longer. The apartment is nice and quiet and it is located right in the heart of the old town of Bergamo with a beautiful view towards the mountains. The host provided awesome service and hospitality. If we can we would not hesitate to come back again another time.

Great find

We stayed for 4 nights at the guesthouse. Check in / out was all done remotely. This all went smoothly. Easy to follow instructions. Complimentary snacks were helpful too. The guesthouse was situated in a great area. In the heart of the Citta Alta. Lots of choices of restaurants and bars in close proximity. Thorough enjoyed our stay.

Hostess Elisa was very responsive , helpful and gave clear and easy to follow instructions on self check in process . Apartment ( arleccino ) was spacious , well ventilated , clean , bright and very thoughtfully & well fitted out with everything for a comfortable stay . Beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked very well in the hot summer days . Location was steps away from the plaza vecchia , yet quiet and had a little terrace overlooking some rooftops and the mountains behind . Couldn’t have asked for a better apartment ! Thanks for a fabulous stay !
