Si...

「They wish to contact 72hours before coming, but they did response. No services at all. Room was ok and balcony was great. During the night there was others coming and going making noise. (Mainly doors and locks were noisy)」

「This is very much out of the way. The car park to the front of the property feels like you are part of the conversation on the outside from inside your room. Perhaps much much better double glazing would help. The digital access system is very useful but due to the heavy locks etc you definitely know when someone has entered or left the building. Maybe some door closures would cushion the sound. The neighbouring property has steel ornate gates. Again perhaps some sort of rubber cushion on the...

「I don't know what was worse. The instructions for entering were flawed, and the key was hidden in a secret place with a code that was never disclosed. I also rented the garage due to car trouble, and a few hours before, they told me there was no more space available. I only managed to get in thanks to the help of a kind and friendly Italian family staying there, but there were about 10 of them making a huge amount of noise early in the morning in the communal kitchen opposite my room. Late at...
