「It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just outside of the downtown area. An easy quick Uber ride to town. The staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast and happy hour was wonderful. 」

「Room was super clean. Overall decor is old fashioned - country style but that is intentional. Staff was very attentive. Just my personal opinion is that It felt like I was in another person’ house and not a “paying guest”, so for me that felt kind of weird, so I preferred to be inside the room while I was there, but it was just me, and nothing to do with the hotel.」

「Wonderful property. Delicious breakfasts are included and we really appreciate how the staff remembered our dietary restrictions and served us something delicious every day. Super convenient to some great downtown restaurants and Biltmore. Only down side is it's off a busy road--and you will hear traffic noise. But don't let that deter you. 」

We stayed in one of the cottages and didn't love the shower in the corner of the room -- with glass doors, meaning no privacy, and no place to put a towel. But the bed was very comfortable. Nice little deck in back, too. I would definitely stay here again. Near Trader Joe's too. 」

「Loved this place & its quirkiness. You definitely need to notice the fine print which I may not have fully but isn’t a true B&B. However, there are plenty of free breakfast continental items and specialty coffees and teas for your enjoyment. Self service what you want and how ever much you want. Snacks and drinks always available. Saw a staff member 1 time in almost a 2 days; however, the modern & convenient text service works fantastic!! I did have to use & got immediate responses.
