「Terrifying hotel, I wonder if they book by the hour....the room was cleanish, left covered in bites, the inside looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in years, not sure if there was breakfast as the clientele lurking around and sitting on benches and walking in an out scared the crap out of me...the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, people were in the hallway screaming and talking outside my door for three nights... I had one towel...someone has a dog tied to a pole on a rope for...

「The hotel is a little old. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which one convenient.」

「This is a lovely property overlooking the Hudson. The room was very clean and the host was helpful and responsive. The property is being renovated and I cant wait to see it when it is finished. There is a great restaurant, Kips Taven, which is right next door. I would be remiss not to add that is right next to the train station and you can hear the train and the horn. You may want to stay at the other side of the hotel if you are a light sleeper.」

「The location was a bit tricky. Checkin was on 301 Wall Street but restaurant was that address and Hotel check was around the corner on side street. But then my room was at 24 Fair Street in the back in a different building. But the accomodation was modern, clean, and quiet. My bike was stored right outside my room. Then breakfast was back in the restaurant on 301 Wall St. Delicious dinner there as well. I highly recommend the Grain Bowl with the added Salmon. Huge portion and delicious!...

「The staff and breakfast were great, the bed not so much. I have dust mite allergies which means no down. I had sent a note prior but ended up with it anyway. was on the fourth floor and it smelled bad. The room looked clean but also smelt bad. Wall paper was peeling in the dining area, and the tissue paper holder was coming out of the wall. I would not stay at this hotel again unless I had no other options.」

「The room was musty and the carpet was old and made me not want to take my shoes off. I’m mildly allergic to dust and mold and I was stuffed up after an hour. We tried the AC and it was very loud, so we turned it off and left a window open (only one was able to stay open). Otherwise the rest was fine, just needs major updating.」

「Location was okay although shared parking lot with not so nice Red Roof. Room view was back parking lot with quite a bit of trash on ground. Only spoke with staff at check in, very nice and check in was easy. Bath ceiling had mildew and peeling paint. There are quite a few hotel’s in the area, will choose different hotel when in area again.」
