"I truly enjoyed my stay at this location. I would advise that you ensure you bring your own hygiene products, and hair dryer. If you use one as I didn’t have used as a property. Had some difficulty in getting the door code to gain entry, received it an hour and a half after check-in. The mattress is a little firmer than I like and so were the pillows. "Enjoyed my stay at Trumbull and Porter. Only a few comments: 1. Staff was very friendly and nice. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Every employee we passed by in the halls greeted us. 2. Location is great. Within walking distances to restaurants, Michigan Central, etc. 3. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the bar, but it looked nice. Will definitely try next time. 4. Our room had a trolley with fresh towels. However, the trolley had some dust. Not a huge issue; I just cleaned the trolley myself. 5. Our room ran out of hot water in the morning. We called reception and they were very apologetic and said they would check the water heaters for issues. We never received a call back to close the inquiry, but we didn't have issues with hot water later at night or the following morning."
