「Upon arriving the staff was welcoming, friendly, quick and knowledgeable. The grounds as well as the hotel itself was well cared for and clean. The room was decent size with great quality linens. Overall was very happy with an enjoyable stay!!!」

「I like the isolation of this area plus, it has easy off and on I-5 freeway. Rooms are spacious. A plus is the recliner for relaxing, in addition the room has a desktop environment with a nice office chair. Large refrigerator is convenient, although I usually just bring small bottle size drinks. Friendly efficient staff

「Hotel called to cancel my reservation two hours before check in. Due to lack of air conditioning in the entire hotel. I feel the staff handled the situation well. Allowed me to change reservations to another Olympia with no fees or charges .」
