The property is falling apart. No AC or hot water. Homeless people everywhere in the neighborhood. Only reason not giving a terrible review is I was offered cancellation/ given a refund at the time of check in. I never saw the inside of the rooms but the rest of the place did not feel clean or safe.

Every checkbox for a bad hotel: AC down (all rooms) ice machine broken, first room had what looked like mold all over the bathtub, dirty toilet, paint is deteriorating everywhere, smelled horribly of cigarettes. Front office was very kind to change rooms without any hassle. Second room was much better with fiberglass peeling (along with the paint) in the bathroom, toilet was missing paint but was clean. Holes in the bedroom wall, broken drawer on the very run down dresser. Only way my mom would stay was to sleep with her mace out. To be fair, this was by far the best looking hotel (?) in the downtown area. Would not recommend staying anywhere in this area, not family or child friendly or safe.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. I have never ever in my life stayed at a hotel this disgusting. The AC doesn't work, the bathtub has peeling paint. All of the appliances are broken in some way, the vents are black inside which looks like mold to me. The room wasn't clean. The balcony railing was falling off and unsafe. Overall a really bad experience. They claim that they are renovating next year, but that doesn't excuse them this year. This building should be immediately condemned.

No air conditioning during the hottest part of the summer. The room wasn’t cleaned and sheets not changed from first night to second night. There are no available parking spaces after 9:00pm. It took over 6 tries to get a key to work. Overall property is worn and shabby.

This place is in poor condition. The entry doors barely work, the carpets throughout the faculty are dirty. My room carpet was dirty and sticky. There was huge spider webs on the ceiling and walls, should all over the walls and pictures. Something sprayed all over the sliding door. The bathroom was almost unusable.. Didn't trust to touch anything. The bathtub was so dirty and stained I didn't take a shower while there. The water could not be turned off in the bathtub, with hot water, so it was humid and hot... Especially since the air conditioner was out for the whole facility.

What was unique was the level of customer service we experienced, the front desk staff could not have been less helpful. The AC has been out all summer however this was only revealed at check in. No consolation was offered and the fans were a waiting list item The condition of the room was remarkable for peeling tub and leaking faucet. The temperature in the room was uncomfortable and there was no screen for the sliding door. The neighborhood did not feel safe. I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. The furniture was frayed, the tub itself had holes, the place was a wreck. Staff told me they had no ac in August but upon departure multiple floors did have ac. Do not go here!

Beware the local tweakers are set up to steal your stuff from parking lot. I literally went in room for 15 minutes and they were crawling through my canopy window stealing my tools.

We went to check in and was advised the AC for the entire building was broke and there was tno estimated time as to when it would be fixed. We cancelled and booked elsewhere. The gentleman at the desk was very pleasant and apologized, wasnt his fault. The back parking area could use some attention. Felt like we were parked in a alley or rough neighborhood

Nothing was working. No AC...the card keys had to be reset twice a day...I cut my stay short and moved to another place. I may come back when they refurbishe the place because it's a great location. Right now, it's just falling apart. Tragic.

Great hotel. The bed was super comfortable and the room was nice overall. The AC wasn’t working, but there were fans provided and sliding doors that opened fully. The room was a little run down, but for the most part, it was good. It also included a nice free breakfast with light refreshments, cereal, pastries, and bagels. I would stay again.

The building is old and run down Everything advertised on the site isn’t there The checking in area is dirty so was the furniture The bed had small black particles The bathroom tab was leaking and the tub was dirty/old beyond warranty There’s no AC you’ll be cooked up in there The front desk Lady was talking crap about the place and even mentioned she wouldn’t bring anybody/her kids to the place which made us very uncomfortable to trust the cleanliness of the place We were also told we have to be changed a depot $100 instead of $50 because we’re locals and we’d do more damage We just stayed because it was late and regretted everything. It used to be good it’s time to close doors .
