「I had an excellent stay at this hotel ! The welcome was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was exactly as described and met all my expectations. The gym was more than sufficient for keeping up with my fitness routine, and the swimming pool was just as enjoyable.

「Beautiful infinity pool. Very helpful front desk staff at check in and check out. Thank you for a great stay!」

「The private bathroom outside was a plus. What a different experience!」

「Everything was good and the person rented the place was very nice and fast attention.」

「Booked a king room. Room had no closet, hangers or hooks to hang clothes. Had two high-top chairs for sitting with a small table, no comfortable lower chair. No cable TV, streaming only. Pool was closed for renovating, very unkept around the pool. No place to sit outdoors. We requested a room change, hoping to have cable TV etc, front desk said they were full. The pictures and reviews did not represent the property. Not resort like at all, just a very bare bones hotel room. On the plus side,...

「This was our first time staying at Banana Bay resort in October 2026. We liked the cleanliness of our room, although the AC was a bit noisy the climate in the room was very comfortable. The front desk staff was super friendly and welcoming. At The Pointe Bar, we were able to experience the most beautiful sunsets, truly remarkable, it would had been more perfect if other options of cocktails were available outside of wine and beer. Additionally, there was No Music playing in the background,...
