"Well, although there was a booking issue and I was unable to check in as they close the office after 9 PM I have to say I got an excellent response from Lauren the next morning. The third party booking glitch was explained and they are working to resolve this for future customers. Lauren provided excellent customer service and assured a prompt refund. I will definitely be staying here in the future due to the good customer service communication that was prompt. The property looked great and any frustration having to find another hotel for the night was erased the next morning with Lauren's good communication. Although this location is quite a ways off the 15 Highway its reviews and value compared to other hotels I think make it a great choice. Hopefully my next booking goes glitch free. Do make sure to call if arriving after 9 PM or you won't be able to check in as nobody is in the office and they will arrange for late check in only if you call in advance. My problem was I booked on a third party site after 9 PM so it slipped through the cracks. "

"This is an amazing (newer)basement apartment/property with all the amenities you could need. This property has a very well thought out design and is very clean. The apartment has an exterior stairwell that makes coming and going very convenient and private. The owners were on site and were very friendly and accommodating. We were very pleased with our stay!"
