"Located next to the Springs. Be aware that the main grand hotel has limited rooms and most rooms are across a small parking area built into the side of a large hill. Those rooms are clean and of no character."

"Clean room and bathroom. Excellent hot water! The area around the hotel was free from debris and trash. Parking was right outside of door and felt safe."

"My stay was great. Place was clean, my check-in process was quick. I locked myself out of.my room by accident. Faith the evening check in manager was quick to run me a key to my room so i could get in. That was great customer service in my book. I highly recommend this place."

"This stay was at a modern trendy facility with plenty of places to hang out besides your room. We enjoyed the pool table near the lobby and the comfortable seating all around the reception area and lobby. The room was quite small and with very little amenities but the beds were comfortable and it met our needs for a one night stay before visiting Harper's Ferry WV. The breakfast was great with plenty of options and the neighborhood was off the main drag so it was quite and felt safe."
