This hotel is disgusting. The room was not clean at all and smelled like cigarette smoke. The hallway smells strongly of animal waste, particularly cat pee. I am traveling for work and work nights; I book hotels to sleep during the day and so my dog will have somewhere to stay at night. I couldn't even bring myself to sleep there. We slept in the car during the day and I felt bad leaving my dog at night. The only positive aspect is the friendliness of the staff. I feel bad for leaving a bad review, but I am truly appalled by the level of uncleanliness. I do not recommend staying here

After I found the hotel I was treated very well. I had my service dog with me and they were very pleasant to receive him. Only thing I can offer is, tissue or paper towels in room, spoons for stirring coffee, and shampoo/conditioner. I was glad I had some from another hotel I'd stayed in. Otherwise, it was nice and I'd stay there again.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. the air conditioning units or the heat were very loud and noisy.Would kick on, run for ten minutes stop?And then thirty seconds later start again.No matter what you turn them down to, they continually worked at their own speed at times the room was extremely hot, and we had to turn it off within the half an hour.It got cold and we had to get up and turn it back on again.Which made for poor sleeping at night?I did notify the front desk
