Carroll was very friendly & helpful as was the young lady who worked the reception & Luis, the security was great, too. Beautiful boutique hotel with the cutest little coffee shop. "This Belize jungle eco property is truly extraordinary. Surrounded by lush, vibrant rainforest, it offered the perfect balance of comfort, sustainability, and adventure. The howler monkeys sounded just like Jurassic Park. For sure take the pontoon boat ride!!! Walter, the host, was exceptional—attentive, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect and made us feel genuinely cared for when we had some car trouble. This was truly an experience we’ll never forget. "Master suite room was perfect. Great view. Hotel location is perfect walking distance to the town for restaurants, etc. The wait staff in the restaurants were really nice. We also did a few excursions organized through the hotel and the guides were all excellent. I would highly recommend."

"Sweet Songs was absolutely perfect for my trip to Belize. My room was always clean, there's plenty of wildlife around the resort including toucans and kinkajous (definitely take the night hike!!), and the pool is always a great option when not taking excursions. Breakfast and lunch have the same menu (both with great options) and dinner has a rotating menu that never disappointed. The entire staff is amazing, but Mason, Rita, and Esmeralda always went above and beyond :)"

"Our stay at The Maya Mountain Lodge was absolutely wonderful. The place is very cozy, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful nature — exactly what we were looking for. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and a special thanks goes to Cesar, who truly went above and beyond. We had unexpected difficulties at the Guatemala–Belize border and arrived very late, around 10:30 pm, but Cesar was still there waiting for us with a smile and made sure we felt welcome and taken care of. That meant a lot after such a stressful travel day. The restaurant food is delicious, easily one of the highlights of our stay. We also loved that the lodge offers several activities, including cooking classes. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean, providing great rest after full days of exploring.
