The location is great and there’s countless options for food and the metro station is just a few min walking. Last but not least the staff was amazing, very attentive and super friendly which created a family like environment that I enjoyed. I would highly recommend staying at Los Patios!」

「This hotel was terrible. Because of running out of water supply, they promised to give us refund, but they never did. We called them and emailed them, but they ignored. Even if water was stopped running, they didn’t help us to find another hotel we could stay. We had to look for a hotel after 9pm and we even weren’t familiar with the place because we just arrived. The hotel stuff was helpless and they didn’t offer us anything. I don’t recommend to stay this hotel because of their service. 」

「Richard and manuel Were the best staff. Viajero runs some incredible tours such as comuna 13. The room wa always very clean except that insects would come in when the window was open, this is natural for the city I believe.」

「First off, they announced this property as a HOTEL, when in fact is a HOSTEL, which is very different. All the pictures depicted on the add would show a bathroom inside the rooms but is a share bathroom for 5 to 6 bedrooms. More than one neighbor explicitly told me that the building I went to had no permits and was operating during construction which was also a huge issue as everything was filthy. Try to use the shower and was absolutely disgusting as it was full of hair and grotesquely dirty....

L'hôtel est dans une rue calme du beau quartier Laureles. C'est propre, les parties communes sont bien équipées, l'ambiance est très conviviale et on croise des voyageurs de toutes nationalités. Merci à toute l'équipe」

「Salles de bain sales et dégoûtantes, coffre de sécurité dans la chambre inutilisable, et surtout les autres clients faisaient la fête toutes les nuits, criaient, chantaient à tue-tête. Le personnel a essayé d’intervenir pour faire cesser sans que le personnel de l’hostal n’intervienne. on n’ a presque pas dormi ces 4 nuits.」
