「television control was ridiculously complicated. could not just turn on and off. bed sheets were not full cotton, hot and sticky bathroom faucet sprayed all over. breakfast option meager and prohibitively expensive. i will not recommend or return」

「If your looking for a cheap place to put your head down because your leaving early for the airport, I don’t recommend. 」

「Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me.」

「Staff was amazing. All of the meals were exceptional. The jerk chicken at the pool was superb. Pools were clean and heated. Rooms were comfortable and housekeeping was great! Will be back!」

「Very poor hotel. Doors did not close fully, lock was barely hanging on and in no way did I feel that my belongings were secure when I left the room. Even the local taxi driver questioned if I was sure that I wanted to stay there. Front desk did not return our passport which was odd. Our room was full of mosquitoes, there was no plug to charge our phones, and the room was so small that I felt like we were staying in a closet. We ended up leaving after one night. We asked for a refund and still...

「Very hospitable and friendly staff! A bit of a walk to downtown but you can easily take a taxi by downloading “aquarides” or taking the local bus (which is cheap). The area itself isn’t the best but no one gave us any problems. The restaurant upstairs had reasonably priced food and it tasted yummy. 」

「Place was in a building under construction in which the apartment is very hidden and the instructions to find it were not clear. The place was really dark at night and made everything more difficult to find. Someone saw us struggling at night trying to find the place and guided us to the apartment. The host was not very accommodating regarding our request to ck out at 12 rather we than 11 am so that we could finish an activity that ran late. 」

「The breakfast was not included in the package we had to pay for it. Housekeeping came and didn’t refill the soap in the shower I stepped out of the shower for the soap on the sink and stepped back in and fell down in the tub , I left in pain and am still in pain.」

「The resort itself is nice and there are many attractions in the resort. However, it is not located close to the downtown and there are no free shuttle buses to airport. The food is very expensive in the resort. 」
