From the moment we arrived at the Bvlgari Hotel Beijing, it was clear that this would be a truly special experience. The hotel itself is immaculately maintained—every detail, from the architecture to the interiors, exudes elegance and sophistication. The facilities are top-notch, and the rooms are beautifully designed, spacious, and impeccably kept, making for a supremely comfortable stay. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service. The entire team was not only warm and welcoming but also incredibly attentive and proactive. They went above and beyond to accommodate every request, often anticipating our needs before we even voiced them. Their genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly valued and at home, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. Good hotel but poor restaurant.

Happy with quality of environment but disappointed with Italian restaurant. I had signature course menu but I didn't enjoy it. Furthermore, when I check the bill my wine cost was 1200 but they charge 2100, when I complain they changed it. What a surprise such a mistake.

Einzigartiger Service, riesige Zimmer, bei uns war in der Minibar alles frei, bis auf den Champagner. Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter: haben für uns sogar die Preisverhandlung eines Taxis zur Chinesischen Mauer übernommen. Das Frühstück war spitze, allerdings dauert es ein bisschen Zeit, da alles auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet wird. Für Eilige fehlt meiner Meinung nach hier ein kleines Buffet. Abends eine tolle Bar mit sogar moderaten Preisen. Für mich ein absolutes Spitzenhaus, werde ich wieder buchen.

Good brand but the service need to be improved

第一次住個Bulgari 這個品牌位於北京的酒店, 整體給我的感覺是非常之差, 首先入住的時候 前台服務及說話態度, 非常冷酷, 好像覺得在這個酒店工作是一件很了不起的事情， 對客人的對答完全沒有一點禮貌， 而且非常傲慢。 另外，當我想進入餐廳進膳的時候，接待員告訴我，所有的座位 最好是留給吃下午茶套餐的客人，跟我說了十分鐘，不停的遊說我坐在酒吧的位置， 我極為反感， 難道餐廳就只可以讓吃下午茶套餐的人坐下，而不能讓進膳的人使用嗎？ 還有就是餐廳內只有一枱客人，而其他坐位都是空著的 ！ 另外 當我從酒店大堂進入電梯廳時 ，在走道中， 有一個外國人， 估計師showcase的設計師 ，另加十幾個中國人圍著觀看及跟進他擺放這個品牌的 showcase ，但是把整條走道完全擋住，他們完全沒有顧及客人需要進出電梯及酒店大堂，而且這是極之繁忙的主要通道 ， 按道理這些事情應該是晚上才做的！ 這次給我的體驗非常之差， 比起很多低檔品牌的服務還要差劣， 而且基本上酒店大堂，房，餐廳及健身室等，各處的設計及用料亦不見得有什麼特別之處， 並且除了價錢以外, 酒店與其品牌所標榜的與奢華完全沾不上！ 估計我都不會再試這個品牌位於其他地區的酒店了。

It was such a memorable day in Beijing staying with them. It really worth the extra money we paid to stay here. The only thing that I think it could have been better is the breakfast is not buffet style that I like.

The bedding is heavenly, the robes are plush, and the shower makes you feel as if you’re under a Costa Rican water fall. The spa is beautiful and perfectly complimented by a large and luxurious pool and hot tub plunge pool. The hotel breakfast is an over indulgence with the absolute discerning options of sweet and savory. The gummy and candy bar in the lobby is a treat and the service all around the property is amazing.

The location of the hotel is convenince and the warming greeting from the hotel staff plus service from all hotel staff are excellent. Love the river and the quietness around the hotel. The only thing I didn't feel comfortable about is the swimming pool at basement. When I walked in, I feel it was difficult to breath and that's the only reason I did not use the pool nor the jacuzzi there. I definately will come back also will recommend Bvlgari hotel to all my friends and family plus their friends. Over all I enjoyed staying at Bvlgari Hotel. Cindy

Just a nice hotel

This was a beautiful, well appointed, well maintained and quiet hotel. The staff was pleasant and on point. The staff spoke English well, so that helped me tremendously. The food in the restaurant and in-room was near perfect. It's a little expensive, but you do get what you pay for. My view was AMAZING. The gym was a welcome relief. Just a great gym and spa to get a nice workout in while traveling. The bed was very comfortable, the in room honor bar was well appointed and everything actually works. On some warm Beijing days, it really pays to have your air conditioning actually work. The location is a little business, not so much flair, but I was happy. There is a beautiful park right behind the hotel with a nice track to run. I had a lovely stay.

とにかく素晴らしいラグジュアリーホテルです。 とにかく隅々まで行き届いた内装からサービスで心地よくゴージャスな体験が出来ること間違いありません。章子怡やチョウ・ユンファなどビッグネームもお忍びで利用されるようです。 場所は空港にアクセスが割と近く、かつ市内へもいきやすいです。三里屯の繁華へも1.5km程です。 ホテルの裏は亮马河という川が流れキレイな遊歩道に整備されています。 2017年に出来たばかりで、タクシーの運転手にあまり認知されていないため、行き先は隣の施設である北京坊を告げる方が無難かもしれません。（2018年9月現在）
