「Spent a night! Wish I could have stayed longer. The space was clean and beautifully designed, and the hotel staff were extremely accommodating to my needs. Wish I had gotten to enjoy the menu items, but I had to get back to the airport. The shuttle was also great; it came every 20 minutes, and I loved saving money on ride-sharing back to the airport in the morning. Overall great! 」

「フロントには24時間従業員がいるので何かあったとき安心で、対応も丁寧でした。シカゴのホテルにしては安価なのに（その分ダウンタウンや空港から少し離れているが、バスやオレンジラインを使用すればその距離感を苦に感じることはなかった）朝食、Wi-fiもついているので良かった。近くにコインランドリーがないので、ホテル内にコインランドリーが有るのはありがたいが1回の利用で1.5$必要で0.25$コインしか使えなかったので、カードが使えて欲しかった（しかしフロントのスタッフにお願いしたら両替してもらえたのでそこは良かった）何より、英語があまりできない私に対してでも親切に対応してもらえたので嬉しかった！」

「I used the hotel for work and the location was excellent. There are many stores and restaurants around so it is easy to enjoy eating and drinking. The check-in process was smooth and very comfortable. The room was spacious enough and had a comfortable bed and couch. The bathroom was clean and not uncomfortable at all. I stayed in winter and the air conditioner worked fine and the hot water worked fine. I would use it again.」

「We enjoyed ourselves during our stay at the Radisson Blu Aqua Hotel. The room was clean, there were plenty of towels and bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The breakfast was delicious. The restaurant staff treated my grandchildren with kindness. I definitely plan on going back.」

「フロントデスクがフロントらしくなく、チェックインの際「フロントはどこか？」と聞いたら「ここだ」と言われて驚いた。部屋は狭いながらも清潔だが、洗面所の排水が著しく悪かった。エレベーターは2台しかないが、特に待つこともなく、混雑で乗れないということはなかった。goldメンバーに提供されるはずのservice は、$25相当のresort優待特典を含めて何も提供されなかった。3泊したが、水の補充も1日だけなかった。周辺のホテルの相場よりもだいぶ安く泊まれたので、過度に期待しなければいいホテルだと思う。」

「部屋はそれほど広くはないがきれい。掃除もきっちりしている印象。朝食はアメリカの標準的なコンチネンタル。地下鉄の駅（Grand）からは徒歩10分ほど。」
