"Proximity to everything was great. Front door went right to street so that was kind of hard. The floor was super dirty when we arrived. Little things need to be repaired like kitchen trash cabinet, and the bathroom shower door. No AC but there were fans….covered in hair and dust. The cleaners showed up promptly at 9:56 so we had to hurry to get out. Nice being close but probably won’t book again. "

"Very clean tidy property with all the amenities you could need. A very short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. We hired bikes and were able to bike to Huntington and Sunset Beaches. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would stay again. "
