「We had to abandon trip due to an emergency tried to move the booking to the following weekend. Initially hotel suggested it was possible but then decided it wouldn’t. Expedia staff were excellent in trying to assist. we understand the terms of the booking but as a frequent traveller the first time we have found a hotel operator to be inflexible which is a shame. As we weren’t able to complete the visit unable to comment on the rest of the facilities but unlikely to choose stop at a days inn...

「I have to say I waa really surprised at how nice this place was. The only issue for me (being a bigger bloke) was i couldn't fit in the shower as it only has a s.mall opening but I was able to get around .」

「Rooms are so ridiculously outdated. Broken furniture and marks everywhere. Staff not interested and barely acknowledged us it was almost like we were not good enough to stay there. Didn't ask if we wanted dinner or breakfast or even if our stay was ok on checkout. Unfriendly staff at the bar. Main areas seemed fine did not use any facilities decided against giving them any further money after the way we were treated. Beautiful from the exterior but that's about it!」

「Our recent stay was unfortunately marred by logistical issues and poor maintenance. What should have been a straightforward arrival turned into a nightmare; the main access road was closed, and GPS (Google Maps) repeatedly led us in circles for over an hour. 「The staff were very helpful. The room needed some much needed TLC. Marks and stains all on walls. Hot tap in bathroom bath didn’t work. No complementary water in rooms, bar closed in morning so unable to get any refreshments. Thin duvet on bed and rock hard pillows but the location sold our stay there.」

「The pictures on Expedia doesn't do the place justice. Its a little hidden gem. With live entertainment with good food and drinks. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean but basic. Happy to stay there again. 」
