"We usually would have no complaints here as the parking charge is reasonable, staff are friendly, and breakfast is included which is a bonus. On this occasion we were in room 214. There was an awful whistling noise from the windows every time the wind blew. It was a windy 24 hours and this kept me awake most of the night. Colleagues were welcoming on arrival but not really interested when this issue was raised at checkout. It would have been too late to move us at 2am so I realise I gave them no chance to sort the issue in the moment but some sort of voucher would have been a nice touch"

"Hotel has changed from when we had stayed in the passed few years,used to be a really lovely hotel but I think it's more down to the people that stay not so much the hotel,It was convenient for our needs, Breakfast is far to early 9am it finishes so we cancelled ours check out is 11 so that's good so why breakfast can't be a little later,?"
