"Beautiful hotel/condo. We were only in town for one night, so we didn’t get a chance to see the entire property. However, just from seeing the lobby, bar, and our room….I was pleased. I will definitely book here again, next time that I’m in Austin. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly. The valet attendant guided us to our room which felt like 5 star service."

"The hotel is undergoing a big renovation. Breakfast is a go bag (oj, granola bar, green apple, banana nut muffin, water). Our room was clean. The bed was very comfortable, must be a new mattress. Pillows were down filled and too flat for my liking. There was no kleenex in the room. The shower caulking needs to be redone. The space where the toilet sat seemed a bit narrow and the toilet seat was loose. "

"Front desk check gentleman was very good. Nice and efficient. Breakfast was good with constant checking and clean up. Room was very clean. Love this hotel when I come to town. "

"We stayed there before a few years ago and everything was fine. This time the property was run down and not exactly clean. Upon checking in the staff was fine. But once we went down to tell them we were checking out and wanted a refund, everything changed. They were rude. A lady standing next to me needing to ask a question was completely ignored. Is she allowed out a little whistle, and the manager around the corner and out of sight, said "was that a whistle, how rude!" and still did not get up to help the lady. Talk about rude. We did get our refund from Expedia, but not with any help from the staff at the hotel. We will not stay there again."

"Pros: Very nice staff, beautiful bathroom remodel, easy parking, close to Austin. Overall good value Cons: not all of the rooms are well maintained. When we first arrived the lock to our room needed new batteries (waited 25 min in hallway to get into room)"
