「We really enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Vacation Club at Hacienda Del Mar! From the moment we stepped onto the property, the warm breezes and relaxed vibe set the tone for the trip. Our problem was with checkin. The woman at the front desk was less than pleasant and helpful. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside.
